Light Rail Construction on University Avenue
The North side of University is expected to close any day now. There still will be two-way traffic on the South side of University (making University two lanes instead of four). 29th Avenue NE is expected to close mid-March. Once 29th Avenue NE is closed you will need to take 27th Avenue NE to 4th Street NE. Take a right onto 4th Street NE. This will take you behind our building and then will let you enter into the parking ramp (requires a ramp card), or visitor parking. Keep in mind there also is a parking lot on the north side of 4th Street NE, diagonally across from our parking ramp.
