Mental Health Worker, MN 08/10
We are seeking 3 on call Mental Health Workers for our Residential Treatment Program. The purpose of this position is to provide guidance, encouragement and support for residents to ensure an atmosphere of safety, security and responsible mental health care. Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Care Guide, MN 08/10
We are seeking two full time care guides to work with clients enrolled in Cornerstone Solutions. One care guide must have a masters degree in a related field and one must be an LPN. The positions will have the primary responsibility of providing care coordination to consumers who have a diagnosis of a mental health, physical health or developmental disability. This position will work as an advocate for the consumer across a variety of county agencies and will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with providers and community partners.

Program Assistant, MN 08/10
We are seeking a part time Program Assistant in our residential program serving 19 adults with mental illness. Mainly week day hours with some flexibility to work evening or week ends if needed. Position is responsible to provide rehabilitative skills training, guidance, encouragement and support for clients as well as to perform some light maintenance activities. Incumbent must have a high school diploma. A bachelor’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences along with experience working with people who have severe and persistent mental illness is preferred.

Case Manager, MN 08/10
This part time position (30 hours per week) will provide an array of services that support client recovery and facilitate safe, secure, supportive and therapeutic intervention and crisis prevention and intervention. Incumbent must have a bachelor’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences. A master’s degree and experience with adults with SPMI is preferred.
