Client Feedback Survey – volunteers needed
Touchstone Mental Health is looking to gather program feedback of current clients, and we are seeking volunteers to assist in the data collection process. Volunteers will contact clients of TMH via phone to discuss quality of services provided and thoughts on our processes. A script will be provided to guide the conversation, and volunteers will complete an online survey to capture responses. Time investment will be early evening hours over a two week time period.
