May is Mental Health Month

During Mental Health Month, we are raising awareness about mental health conditions and the importance of taking care of your mental health. Now more than ever, it is essential we care for our mental health and feel connected to others.

Here are some ideas to support your mental health and wellness.

  • Practice good self-care – Spend time outdoors, call or FaceTime with a friend, practice mindfulness, cook your favorite recipe, or listen to your favorite music.
  • Reach out if you are struggling – Maintaining your mental health is just as important as your physical health. If you are experiencing feelings of stress, depression, or isolation during this time of uncertainty, please seek help.
