Peer Support Resources
The Minnesota Warmline provides a peer-to-peer approach to mental health recovery, support and wellness. Calls are answered by Certified Peer Specialists, who have first hand experience living with a mental health condition. The warmline is available Monday through Saturday, 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Peer Support Connection Warmline is available 7 days a week, 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Call 1-844-739-6369. The warmline is safe and free for individuals to receive confidential and anonymous one-on-one support from a Certified Peer Specialist.
Virtual Peer Support Network via Zoom or phone, is designed to decrease isolation and promote mental wellness and community for people with mental health challenges. Each meeting is hosted by a Certified Peer Specialist. It is available 7 days a week, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
