The TXT4Life program uses texting as a way for those in crisis or contemplating suicide to reach out and ask for help.
Text the word LIFE to 61222 (standard data and text messaging rates apply). On the St. Cloud State University campus, you may text SCSU to 61222. (standard data and text messaging rates apply). You will receive a response from a trained crisis counselor. This program operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Mental Health Minnesota offers warmline telephone support for MN residents, Tuesdays-Saturdays from 4:00-10:00 p.m. Call: 651-288-0400 or 1-877-404-3190. Warmline is a non-crisis, peer-centered, free telephone support group for people with mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety disorders, bi-polar disorder, etc
